Meet the smile team

MELISSA

Melissa has worked with Dr. Conine for over fifteen years. She shares Dr. Conine’s ethic of taking time to get to know people and always doing what is best for the patient, helping to create a friendly, positive environment.

“You will normally hear lots of laughter when you visit our office,” she says. “We love to have a fun time at work.”

A member of the Lonoke Assembly of God church, Melissa and  her husband have two teenage boys and a golden retriever named Harley.

She enjoys watching her boys play baseball and football, hunting and camping, working in her yard, and spending time in her pool. She also loves “going to the beach any chance I get.”

“Dr. Conine is not just an amazing dentist, boss, and friend, but I am honored to say she is part of my family,” she says. “There are not many places a person can work where they can say that.”

ERICA

A native Arkansan, Erica started her dental career in Junction City, Kansas in 2006, at that point, she knew dental assisting was the career for her.

“I strive to do the best I can to help others be more comfortable here in the office. It’s very important to me to treat our patients like family,” she says. Erica’s personal goal is to make sure that each patient’s visit is “the best visit possible.”

In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her friends, family and Brownie, her dachshund. She also loves being at the lake and camping.

" Dr. Conine is such an inspiration to me. She makes me become a better dental assistant every day. In our office we aren't just co-workers, we are family. I am blessed to work with such amazing women."

Haley Rivers, RDH

After graduating with her Bachelors of Dental Hygiene in 2016, Haley began practicing with Dr. Conine in January 2017. Haley brings a great deal of positive, enthusiastic energy to the office and we are thrilled to have her as the newest member of our team.

Haley is originally from a small town in Northeast Arkansas which makes working in Lonoke feel like home to her. “I enjoy the sense of community and relationships that a small town creates."

“I always knew I wanted a career which would positively impact people. Dental hygiene is so much more than just cleaning teeth. I work with each patient to teach them how to take better care, not only of their teeth, but of their overall health, as well,” says Haley.

Haley enjoys being in the great outdoors, attending music festivals, traveling and spending time with family and her husband, Tyler.
